Damages and complaints
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In case of damages that have occurred during the delivery, please take pictures/videos and provide them to us in addition.
Phone Cases Policy
Organic scent & wear and tear:
All products are subject to quality checks before delivery. The scent of the material is influenced by external factors such as temperatures and use, therefore the intensity period varies. From our experience, the scent can last from a month up to two months. The structure of the organic material is prone to wear and tear, which is a normal behavior that cannot be changed to ensure the natural look and feel.
Wood grain, color and structure can be different from piece to piece making each case unique. Therefore please note that a case can be slightly different to the pictures.
Returns (applicable for Phone Cases only)
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving the order. Please note that monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return. Returns on sale items or gift cards are not possible. The shipping costs for returns shall be borne by the buyer (except complaints).

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and investigated your complaints (or inspected your return > phone cases only), and let you know if a refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. The refund will not include the import duties or the cost of delivery or return postage.
